What's CSA?
It stands for Community Support Agriculture. It consists of a commited community of individuals who pledge support to a farm operation by paying the farmer/grower in advance which is used to cover the cost of growingraising locally clean food which is shared by all the shareholders/CSA members in return. By doing this, the members and the farmer/grower have a direct relationship with each other, providing mutual support and sharing the risks and benefits of food production.

Our CSA Policy:
We  raise and provide the members with pork from the heritage breed, which is considered the most delicious pork , once you've tried this one, you will never want to go back and buy the standard kind of pork. Some high end restaurants are using this kind of pork  in their restaurants. The Heritage breed is the kind of hogs used to be raised in the old days and they have the old world taste. They are free from growth hormones but they are fed with good healthy food and raised in open pasture.

What will each member receive?
You will get about 6lbs. of pork in each delivery. The kind of cuts are breakfast sausage, bacon, sliced ham, pork chops, maybe roast and ribs. There will be 5 deliveries in 10 weeks. Any other cuts that you want can be purchase separately on a pre-order basis and will be sold to you at farm price. Our bacon and ham are cured the natural way, no nitrate or msg .
